Q. What products do you use?
A. We use the highest quality professional products including FDA compliant face paints and cosmetic glitters from brands such as Wolfe FX, Fab, Global, Cameleon, Pro Aiir and Kryolan. Our professional theatrical makeup is water based, hypoallergenic, nontoxic and dries to a powder in less than 5 minutes. Water resistant makeup is also available.
Q. Do you carry insurance?
A. Yes. Our artists hold individual insurance policies and we’ll gladly provide a certificate upon request.
Q. How many faces can you paint in one hour?
A. We can paint an average of 10-15 faces an hour depending upon the complexity of the designs chosen. More time allows us to paint more elaborate designs. We are happy to discuss smaller design choices to accommodate more people within your time frame.
Q. Can you work within our themed event?
A. Absolutely! if you provide us with your theme or logo a few days before your event, we are happy to tailor our services to your needs.
Q. How far in advanced do I need to reserve my event?
A. As soon as possible, as dates fill up quickly. Weekends and Holidays tend to be busier.
Q. Do you require a deposit and how do I pay?
A. Private events require a nonrefundable retainer fee payable via PayPal or Venmo to secure your date/time in our calendar. The retainer fee will be applied towards the total cost of the contract. The remaining balance is due in full via cash, PayPal or Venmo on the day of your event.

Q. Do you bring your own setup?
A. If you have a 4 to 6ft table available, we would love to use it, however we’ll gladly provide one if not. We also provide a makeup chair for your guests to sit in while being painted. We ask that you place us in a shaded/covered area and good lighting is always appreciated.
Q. How far will you travel?
A. We cover all of Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We also have artists in other States.

Q. Do you have a minimum age for your services?
A. While we do not have a minimum age for our services, we require parental consent for any children under 2 since they have very delicate skin and can be sensitive to face paints. Henna tattoos (10 to 20 minutes dry time) and Jagua tattoos (20 to 45 minutes dry time) may not not be the best choice for really young children as they smear easily if not fully dry.

A. Our talented artists have a wide range of experience. They are trained professionals who have worked in amusement parks, festivals, private parties, corporate events, photo shoots, film and television. This extensive experience has made us fast as well as attentive. Making the experience fun and engaging for children and adults is key to our success. Our goal is to make your event as memorable as possible. We provide top of the line services and love what we do!
Q. What kind of designs do you offer and do you bring a book/board?
A. We offer a wide variety of 3-5 minute designs. Typically we do not bring a book/board, as we like to cater to each guest’s imagination. For large events, we will bring a word menu or a picture board to help reduce wait times by making design choices easier before your guests reach our chair. If you provide us with your theme or logo a few days before your event, we are happy to tailor our services to your needs.
Q. What happens if the weather changes?
A. We appreciate you having a back up plan. We will not paint outdoors in rainy, extreme hot or cold conditions and would need to be moved indoors to a controlled climate.
Q. How do you handle privacy concerns?
A. Your privacy is important to us and our artists will sign an NDA if requested.
